Our Shipping Policies
- Free UPS, FedEX, or SpeeDee Ground (2-5 days)shipping on orders of $300 or more to the lower 48 states.
- Does not include items shipped via truck freight. Some oversize or overweight items also do not qualify for free shipping.
- If you prefer to pay for faster delivery, please select one of the optional shipping methods offered on checkout
- Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Some products may be made to order and require additional lead-time for delivery.
- Some shipping quotes may not be accurate and will be recalculated manually. Most common are orders that are over size or weight limits. We will advise you of any additional shipping charges and ask for your approval.
- Some specialty order items may require longer lead-time depending on production schedules and locations.
- Some of our orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. All shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will only be charged one low delivery price.
- Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are oversized or overweight and need special handling. In these instances our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not at home at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee equal to your shipping charge.
Delivery Time
Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days from date of placement. Orders being shipped direct from the manufacture may encounter a longer delay. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.
Returns
- Check your order carefully when you receive it.
- No returns after 30 days.
- No returns for special order parts or discontinued items.
- To return a part, Please call 1-715-372-8000 to get return authorization.
- All returns must be in their original condition in their original packaging.
- Repack the parts carefully in the original shipping container.
- Make a copy of the original invoice and put inside the box.
- Write "Return" on the outside of the box.
- Customer returns for parts received as part of our "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned parts less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.
